Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your order, we are happy to exchange any item purchased online (unless stated otherwise e.g sale items). However, the following conditions apply:
- You must notify ROCK ON of your intention to exchange within 7 days of receiving your order at email@example.com
- You must return goods back to us via a trackable method
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- ROCK ON does not take responsibility for any items lost in the process of returning to us.
- ROCK ON will raise a credit or exchange the item for another item only once your original purchase has been returned and accepted.
- No refunds will be given. The only exception to this is if it can be proven that the goods have manufacturer defects and this will be subject to review once we receive them.
- All items returned for exchange must be in brand new condition with all original tags and receipts and must be unworn, unwashed and unused.
How to Return / Exchange
Returned items are at your own cost via a trackable method. If you wish to exchange/return please follow these steps:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your intention to return your purchase. You must include your original order number and the stock codes of any items you will be returning.
- Send the items to us via a traceable method, e.g. track and trace courier
- After accepting the item and we have verified they are in original condition, ROCK ON will raise a credit, exchange or refund (please note that as mentioned in the previous section, refunds will only be processed if the items are proven to be faulty)
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please ensure you have read and met the above conditions before requesting an exchange/return.
Please choose carefully when purchasing Clearance or Sale items. We do not offer credits, refunds or exchanges on any Clearance or Sale items purchased. All purchases of Clearance or Sale items are final.
Any information provided by ROCK ON customers is private and confidential and will never be shared with any external affiliations or individuals. Credit card information is secured and encrypted with the Secure Socket Layer Software.
At ROCK ON, we take great care in compiling and packaging your orders to ensure that they reach their final destination (you!!) in a timely fashion and in the same condition they left us in. All of our orders are sent via a trackable Courier system but once the package has been dispatched, we cannot take responsibility for items that are lost/damaged/delayed/missing in transit.
